AS & A LEVELS

At DBIS we limit our class size to a maximum of 25 students in the A Level program. We pride ourselves in personalised education, smaller classes and one to one interaction among students and teachers.

Internal Students : Minimum B or above in English as a First Language and Mathematics in Grade 9 Report Card.
External Students : (SSC / ICSE / CBSE / IGCSE / MYP) : Minimum 75% (average of all the subjects) in Grade 9 Final Report card.

DBIS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

CURRICULUM	MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
SSC and ICSE	95% and above.
CBSE	Achievement grade that translates into 95% and above.
IGCSE	Minimum 6A* and not more than one A.
MYP	48 and above out 56 with a MYP Certificate

The scholarships awarded at DBIS are open to both internal and external students. A maximum of 2 students will be awarded the scholarship in the School Toppers & Academics and 1 student in the sports category.

SCHOOL TOPPERS	ACADEMICS	SPORTS
Highest average of all attempted subjects.	The students who have persistently achieved high academic grades/scores. To be eligible to apply, students must meet the Minimum Eligibility Criterion in grade 10.	The student who has persistently achieved meritorious performance at the national and international level sports competitions.
50% concession granted on the tuition fee.	25% concession granted on the tuition fee.	25-50% concession granted on the tuition fee.
After the Board results are announced, a letter to this effect will be issued from their respective school.	After the Board results are announced apply for scholarship to the Director of the school by writing an application and a recommendation letter of a subject teacher.	After the Board results are announced apply for a fee concession to the sports Director of the school by writing an application and a recommendation letter from a Sports coach.
